Bagaces is a town in Guanacaste, located off the Pan-American Highway approximately 25 minutes from Liberia. The town is situated between two major nature preserves in Guanacaste, El Rincón and Parque Nacional Palo Verde. The Bagaces Waterfall is just a few minutes down the road showcasing an expansive 50± foot waterfall, perfect for swimming and sunbathing at the base. Economics:
As a versatile cattle ranch and farmland, Rancho Aloe has the capacity to carry 1,200± head of cattle and other livestock. Up until 2014, the farm grew over 7 million aloe plants. All ranching activity and aloe operations have ceased as the seller is preparing the property for sale. Approximately 480± acres (200± hectares) are currently planted by a tenant farmer in cantaloupe and watermelon and over 480± acres (200± hectares) of rice are planted each year during the rainy season.
